This explains what information Nutriyo collects when you use nutriyo.in or sign up for a plan, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. Some of what we ask for, like your health conditions and food habits, is sensitive, so we have kept this as plain as we can.
This policy covers the website nutriyo.in and the meal plan service we deliver through it, including the intake form, WhatsApp communication, and weekly check-ins. "Nutriyo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nutriyo. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website or uses our service.

Health-related information, such as a diagnosed condition, medication, or allergy, is sensitive. By completing our intake form and sharing this information with us, you give us your consent to collect and use it to build and update your meal plan, as described in this policy.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling us you want to stop, though this will mean we can no longer provide your meal plan, since it depends on this information.

We keep your information for as long as you are an active Nutriyo user, and for a reasonable period after you stop using the service, to handle any follow-up questions, support requests, or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, as described in Section 8.
